Goodland | Phase 6

A key feature of Goodland is its connection to nature and the existing ecosystem. Our goal was to enhance a space that utilizes ponds between two phases of homes connecting the land and giving residents a unique trail from one area to the other.

The carefully crafted design weaves a boardwalk with a pier over a portion of pond to a walking path providing access to a more manicured space with natural stone seating and a lawn. An additional pier offers homeowners a second viewing deck of the pond and is an excellent spot for bird watching and fish finding.

Construction took place over the spring and summer months of 2025 and focused on cleaning up the edges of one of the ponds while constructing the boardwalk, connection sidewalks and piers. Landscaping and irrigation prepped the area for a mix of native vegetation and manicured spaces for all to enjoy.
