Goodland Parkway

Goodland Parkway is the new front door to Goodland, offering direct access to the community from highway 287 and the 360 toll road. Winding through the countryside Goodland Parkway’s elevation will provide scenic views of the landscape and development as you drive towards the future downtown civic and retail areas as well as existing homes and recreational spaces.

A key feature of the road and perhaps one of our favorite design elements is the linear park that will span nearly 100 feet along the eastern portion while boasting miles of walking trails, native prairie landscape and playful topography changes with bioswales transporting those that traverse its path into another world. Goodland Parkway is slated to open mid to late February, and our management of the park’s construction will begin shortly after.
