The Open Space TX team brings over 20 years’ experience in land development including community park spaces, pools, amenity centers, and playgrounds. Our objective is simple: shepherd and guide the project from your vision to reality through all phases of design and construction. Every project, big or small is going to be challenged with budget issues, site conditions, potential delays – our efforts minimize these impacts and minimize complications.

Leveraging our relationships with trusted contractors to provide current pricing and timing is the key to ensuring a successful delivery.
VERTICAL PROJECTS
Whether it is an outdoor pavilion or a high-end clubhouse, we track the details and do the leg work behind moving the project forward. Our team works behind the scenes to communicate with consultants and contractors to chase down details from lighting to furnishings. We are the nexus of the project coordinating with all parties on site and making sure conflicts and delays are avoided.
PARKS & GATHERING SPACES
Having a background in land development and understanding grading, drainage, construction, and design is key to making a good space exceptional. We collaborate with design consultants, playground manufacturers, dependable contractors, and suppliers to deliver a unique place for your community. A small pocket park, a greenbelt, a large signature space, a wooded portion of floodplain all provide amazing opportunities to bring people together, facilitate play and make memories. Once these spaces are brought to life, we stand by your HOA or facility management to address warranty items or operational issues.
