Hillstead Amenity Center

Great places begin with a solid vision, a dedicated design team and a client willing to bring an idea to life. We are incredibly grateful that Provident Realty Advisor’s Master Planned Community team engaged our efforts in the very beginning and believed that The Grove would transform this new community.

Facilitating meetings where ideas were sketched on trace paper to coordinating the final touches being installed, this amenity center embodied a project’s journey through all the highs and lows.

Bad weather, key personnel turnover, design changes and tariffs might have challenged the team from time to time but resulted in a stunning structure ready to welcome new neighbors and foster lifelong bonds.

The Grove is roughly 4,000SF of amenity space featuring a Kitchen, Living Room, Function Room, and Catering area with an open-air Great Room tying the two sections of building together.

Outdoor patios, the great lawn and pickleball court surround the resort style pool, making this facility a treasured gem within the community.
