Kerri Covington

Kerri studied Architecture at Texas A&M for several years before realizing her true passion is people and graduating with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her professional experience in human resources and office management are a perfect fit for her wide array of skills. She currently leads Open Space's HR initiatives, manages the day to day accounting responsibilities and helps as Quincy's right-hand-woman. Kerri's passion for growing internal talent is a cornerstone of what makes the culture of Open Space oustanding.

As a single mom of 4 kids, life is lively and full of joy outside of work. She considers her role as a mom to be of utmost importance. Ranging in age from middle school into college- her kids keep her "crazy busy" and she loves every minute of it. In her free time, Kerri is a reader and creator, and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is also in the process of pursuing a Masters degree to further her ability to lead and more deeply understand people. In addition, she loves traveling and pursuing new adventures where they present themselves. She is also involved at her church.
