QUINCY CROW
Owner
Quincy graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Science in Land Development. His experience and expertise effectively integrate creative design with practiced delivery which benefits each new project.
While working for one of the leading land developers in Dallas-Fort Worth, Quincy was responsible for delivering more than 1,000 lots and nearly $60MM in award-winning amenities. He has also worked on innovative projects along the Cape Coast in South Africa.
Quincy’s time is best spent in the field and studio, making certain the design intent is achieved on budget and on time. From land planners and architects to utility companies and municipalities, Quincy coordinates teams to see a project from the pages of a plan to the splendor of a grand opening event.



MICHAEL SPILLMAN
Owner
Michael graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences. He has been in the parks and playground industry since 2004, overseeing installations throughout Texas. He learned the industry with one of the most successful installation groups in the state, swiftly moving from crew worker to crew leader to project manager.
Through the years, Michael noticed a lot of quality playground equipment age prematurely due to a lack of attention. Thus, he began an inspection and maintenance company called Safe & Sound Playground Service to assist public and private entities protect their investment.
Michael’s experiences with playground projects of all shapes and sizes has taught him to be adaptable and perceptive. He knows even the simplest installation carries a lesson, and continually seeks out ways to help his installation and service teams improve their craft.
