Painted Tree
Open Space TX proudly teamed with Tom Woliver, co-president and founder of Oxland Group, the developer, to deliver the first phase of lots at Painted Tree. “This may be the largest phase one in DFW in history,” Woliver said in an interview with the Dallas Business Journal. “It’s a pretty aggressive phase one.”

Less Is Often More
City of Corinth Engineering Services Coordinator, Andrea Parker, shares how Open Space TX provided a large herd of goats to clear land for a new city park. "Goats are not only a huge cost savings to the city but they are the most affective and natural way to protect the trees, the drainage, the land and the species. Plus, who doesn't love goats?"

Kaboom
The national nonprofit organization, Kaboom, enlisted Open Space TX for a student-designed, community built playspace for the children of W.J. Turner Elementary to thrive. Open Space TX served as the on-site Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) supervising all aspects of the playground installation.
